It’s crazy but Brooklyn Burger Joint in Seoul, Korea makes the best burger I’ve ever had, and they’re really good burgers, there’s no weird kimchi bulgogi godzilla hybrid in there. Often this place has a waitlist that takes up to an hour to get through.
The Nutella Milkshake. Jesus it’s good, you got bits of gooey Nutella awesomeness in there and what’s crazy is how well the burnt marshmallows go with the shake. You know that bit in Ratatouille about combining cheese and fruit makes for party time in your mouth? That’s what this combo does.
The works. I think everyone should start with this guy. Beautifully soft bread that’s been toasted on the inside, you can taste every ingredient in the burger. The produce is so good, every bit has a crisp bite to it that just screams I’m fresh and awesome!!! The beef patty, done medium-rare (don’t you dare ask for well done so help me), is on another level. I don’t know what they put into it but it’s so tasty and juicy. The burger holds together so well and once you bite into it, it falls apart in the best way possible. It brings that little ray of sunshine we all need in our lives.
Brooklyn Burger Joint actually has amazing french fries. From the potato they use to the preparation, it’s got a great bite to it. The chili cheese fries today were really good, unfortunately this tends to be their most inconsistent dish as it’s sometimes just not that good…but today I was a very happy customer.
